Is Your Company Number on Your Website?

As of 2007 if you're a company or LLP you need to show your business contact details, name and trading names along with you company number on your website. This is a change to business stationary rules as updated as part of 'The Companies Regulations 2006' which took effect 1 January 2007.

You have always needed to show this information on letterheads and other business stationary however the new rules now apply to websites, specifically to orders forms on websites and as part of your email templates.
