Anti bullying week went off with a bang between the 21st and 25th November thanks to www.bullybusters.org.uk the local solutions backed project to help prevent bullying in the Merseyside area. Also Backed by the the Liverpool Echo the Bully Busters website and helpline provide a resource for Teachers, Parents, Teens and Kids to help teach about bullying and methods to prevent it.
Bully Buster opposite was developed by Duo as part of the bullybusters website re-launch. "Bully Buster" is the front page mascot for the young childrens section, his Yo-yo follows your mouse around on the site and with a bit of messing you can even get him to do the odd trick.
The teen section presents a multi-theme site for teens to choose their own choice of style ( see visulas below ) This multi theme technique was achieved using web standards based prgramming so not only is this section interesting to look at but also allows for maximum friendlyness to assistive technologies (ie screen readers etc ) and even enables users to overide the 'style sheets' used.
