Food Northwest

The Northwest boasts one of the largest food and drink sectors in the UK and its innovative approach to business means that the industry remains firmly placed at the heart of the region’s agenda.

The establishment of Food Northwest, which builds on the work of the Northwest Food Alliance, simplifies support for businesses. It brings the existing 13 industry support organisations under its direction, providing a clear voice for the development of the sector and providing a focal point for the industry.

As the trade association for the food and drinks sector in the Northwest, Food Northwest is working with Duo Design to maximise their online presence to continually comunicate with its members as well as to centralise the organisations marketing activity. Duo has enabed the Food NW team to maintain and grow the web site's content.

Also we are working with Food Northwest Awards these awards recognise the innovations, best practice initiatives and achievements of businesses across Cheshire, Cumbria, Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Merseyside. They acknowledge companies from all areas of the industry, including food retail and service, wholesale, distribution, food processing and agriculture.
