A confidential helpline service that enables victims or their families to discuss their problems in total confidence.
It is funded and run by the Bully Busting team - largely consisting of the six local education authorities, the Liverpool ECHO and the Merseyside Trades Union Council. A team of specially trained staff from helpline experts Local Solutions take the calls and log all thedetails through a carefully structured protocol. If neccessary they take decisive action and report the problem to the relevant LEA to take action under their respective anti-bullying policies. Not all calls need to become referrals
Bullybusters teens was created in time for National Anti-Bullying week ( 21st to 25th November ). The sites key feature is the ability to choose from a custom set of skins. This fun ammendment help to bring the site a little to life and fits in with the trend contious teen market.
As in the case of the other bullybusters sites this site contains a bulletin board and lots of advice of identifying and dealing with bullying issues.
