The Villa People

This website has proven to be one of our larger developments. Around 3 months in development this site provides tools for Villa owners to rent out their properties.

The site has many features including availability calendars, online quoting system, advanced search facility and an easy to use interface to allow villa owners to add and update their villa details.

The system makes the whole advertising process pretty straightforward. New villa advertisers get a one month free trial after which they are promted to enter their credit card details (via the sites integration with the protx payment provider). Once entered monthly payments are taken out until the advertisement is cancelled.

The site only launched on the 1st of December so is still in its infancy. We expect it to quickly gain more villas over the coming months and prove to be a real hub for villa renters and owners alike.
