Wilde Group

The company first approached Duo in November 2002, feeling their website had become dated and needed improvement. At this time the company was also undergoing a restructure and each of the engineering disciplines were being developed into their own subsidiary company. 

Wilde  talked to numerous web design companies at the time and were getting very different opinions on how much it would cost to create a website for the new 'Wilde FEA LTD'.

Our quote was based on the number of days involved in creating their site and on-line facilities. We were able to undertake much of this work very rapidly as our web-servers had already been set-up to provide much of the functionality the Wilde FEA site required.

Our quote came in dramatically lower than all of our competitors.

We started work on the site in January and the site launched on time in mid February.

Since its launch the site had grown in popularity and now gets over 8300+ individual visits a month (as of march 2005) from countries all over the world. This is in part due to search engine friendly code developed by Duo. But also to Wilde FEA staff who have meticulously kept the site up-to-date via the admin system we provided. The site has more than doubled in size since it was launched back in February 2003.

Following the success of this site Wilde returned to us to design some magazine advertisements to help promote their new website in the engineering press.

More recently we have also helped the Wilde Group develop their umbrella site which features a search facility which searches all the Wilde Sites. We have also developed sites for the newly formed Wilde Mechanical Ltd, and added even more functionality to the ever growing WildeFEA site.
